Health Systems and Community pharmacy locations, otherwise known as Community-Based Specialty pharmacies, are conveniently located within, but not limited to, health systems and/or neighborhoods of their physicians to service our patient communities.
While these locations fuse traditional Walgreens and central specialty pharmacy components, pharmacy team members provide personalized, comprehensive care to patients living with complex disease conditions. These conditions include, but are not limited to:

By integrating traditional services with specialized access, Community-Based Specialty pharmacies have the ability to dispense limited distribution drugs, provide copay assistance, and adherence and side effect counseling to all patients.
Additionally, pharmacy team members collaborate closely with various health care providers and payers to ensure patients receive the quality of care, with expert knowledge, they deserve on their terms.
